This training will consist of 20 hours of training of which be a combination of classroom and hands-on diagnostic/assessment skill-set training. Segments of the training are:

Registration Fee
This training is open to 60 participants and space will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee for this 2 1/2-day training will be $125 per participant. In an effort to encourage teams to register, the fee for two or more members from the same organization will be $100 per participant. Payment is due before the beginning of the training and is payable by cash, check or money order. The registration fee covers all training and materials as well as breaks; lunches will be on your own.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: For a 100% refund (less a $50 processing fee) cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and received by MSU Extension 10 days prior to the event. Any cancellation received less than 10 days before08/31/2011 will be refunded $25. There will be no refunds after the training begins.
Travel Scholarship
Due to generous funding through ARRA funds, the first 60 participants to request a travel scholarship will receive $500 to offset transportation, accommodations and other travel-related expenses. Participants must attend the entire training; scholarships will be paid by check and will be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks after the last day of the training. Confirmation of receipt of a travel scholarship will be emailed along with registration confirmation. Sign-up for the travel scholarship is located on the registration form.
